the order will ship same day. The customer will always be notified of such instances, and if a refund is wanted, please see
refund guidelines above. If multiple shipments are wanted, additional shipping may apply. A cancellation may take place if it

- Refusal of Package
This is the same as an unauthorized return. If you refuse a package after the tracking ID has been sent, you will meet with a
35-50% restock fee plus shipping. Legal action, including placing your account for collection will be taken for refusal of
packages after 15-30 days if the restock fee is not paid. Or, if store credit is issued if you are eligible for a store credit, the
restock fees will be assessed against your store credit.
- We ship globally! This site is calculated to USA shipping standards only, however if you place an order and your
address is outside of the USA, you will be contacted so we can tell you the shipping amount. We only charge actual weight
on shipping. If you live in the UK, your order will not go through with a USA shipping cost. The Shopping cart may not
reflect actual shipping on international orders. We will charge exact shipping on your international order when we
process and charge your account. AK Customers - Residents of Alaska Pay for shipping - Please indicate which
service you prefer (I.e. Priority mail, parcel post or first class - if applicable).
