Cancellations -

To Cancel, simply go to : http://www.angelbabybedding.com/Contact.html and fill out the
form.

Sometimes we are not able to cancel your order. If that is the case please request an
RA number (read more about returns here)

If you cancel after your order has been processed or charged, you will
only receive store credit. Store credit means, your account will be
credited the full purchase amount minus any coupons or specials and
applicable restock fees. You may use that store credit any time in the
future with our store or any of our sister stores.

We cannot cancel if:

1. If Shipping and / or Tracking ID has been issued.
2. If Package is engaged for delivery on en route to destination and not declared
"Missing" or "Lost" by the shipping company and / or Shipper - or if there is a delivery
delay on the shipper's Part (UPS delays, USPS delays happen and are not the fault of
angelbabybedding.com or any of its employees).
3. If the item has been delivered and signed for, unless there are defects with the
bedding and/or items.
4. Your item has been processed or charged and is still within the time frame given in
policy.

If your item is late (passed policy ship time + back order time) you will
receive a refund in the manner you originally paid.

If your order has not been charged or processed, your order will simply be
cancelled.

Back Orders:

Occasionally there will be a back order of an item due to holiday season or just simple
demand and supply. When this happens, the ship time is automatically changed to allow
an extra 3 -8 weeks, depending on the size of the order. If additional shipping was not
purchased, the order is held until all pieces of the order is in. When the order is
completely in, the order will ship same day. The customer will always be notified of such
instances, and if a refund is wanted, please see refund guidelines above. If multiple
shipments are wanted, additional shipping may apply.

Refusal of Package

This is the same as an unauthorized return. If you refuse a package after the
tracking ID has been sent, you will meet with a 35-50% restock fee plus
shipping. Legal action, including placing your account for collection will be
taken for refusal of packages after 15-30 days if the restock fee is not paid.
